About the app

Sync saved ring readings over Bluetooth while the app is open, then review heart-rate, activity and sleep history.

Set personal goals and add check-ins. Measurements, sleep interpretation and history coverage are still being validated. Broader hardware compatibility is not confirmed. For personal reference, not medical assessment.
